Information we collect automatically on the Casaplorer platform
We will collect Personal Information about you when you interact with our websites and services. A visit to one of our websites results in data being sent from your browser to our servers. The information we collect in this way includes:

- The referral URL (the site from which you came to our website);

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

We may use a third party such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to help us gather and analyze information about the areas visited on our website and user behaviour. Metrics include but are not limited to pages most read, time spent, search terms, cursor movements, field entries, and other engagement data). We use this information to evaluate and improve the user experience and Our Services. Re-Targeting: Our Website uses re-targeting technologies. This enables us to show our visitors, who have already visited or used our Website, advertisements from us on third party websites. We believe that the display of personalized, interest-based advertising is more interesting and relevant to our customers than advertising that does not have a personal connection. Re-targeting technologies analyze the information we collect about your interactions with each adidas platform as described above, including your cookies, and display advertisements based on your past web-surfing behaviour. Retention of Your Personal Information
We will retain your Personal Information for as long as it remains necessary for the identified purpose or as required by law, which may extend beyond the termination of our relationship with you. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. If you request that your name be removed from our databases, it may not be possible to completely delete all your Personal Information due to technological and legal constraints.

Your Rights With Respect To Your Personal Data
Right to request deletion of data - Request to delete
You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.
